Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro as our complete HRIS database; recruitment, payroll, benefits, as well as across the whole organization for performance management, acknowledge documents and allow employees to view their paychecks, W2 and 1095c. We no longer print pay stubs; employees can opt in to receive W2 and 1095c electronically, enrollments are now online vs. paper, and compliance documents are viewed and accepted electronically.
- UltiPro is no longer a Payroll only system. It has really come a long way with meeting the needs of all of those in HR. It's great for tracking compliance and administering benefits. It's also ever-changing to evolve with business needs.
- It would be nice to have the features of Benefits Prime without the additional expense. It seems that these features should be included for any company who uses UltiPro for benefits.
