Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used by the entire organization. UltiPro address the business need of having all employee information in a centralized location which allows for efficient payroll processing, data management, robust reporting, and analytics.
- UltiPro empowers the users to customize the system via Platform Configuration.
- UltiPro is very intuitive which makes even the least technical person comfortable with using it.
- UltiPro is a solid HCM tool that allows companies to leverage the technology in driving business decisions.
- I would like to be able to make change/termination reasons and drop-down values active or inactive and display placed on that status.
- I would like to see more pages that are platform configurable.
- I would like the capability to import to the business rules tables.
- Time savings
We are achieving this goal through implementing Manager Self Service.
I worked with Emy who helped to develop a custom import for our 401k vendor. She was very thorough and took the time to work through testing. I always felt as if I was top priority knowing as she would always respond quickly.
