Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by the entire organization. UltiPro address the business need of having all employee information in a centralized location which allows for efficient payroll processing, data management, robust reporting, and analytics.

Pros

  • UltiPro empowers the users to customize the system via Platform Configuration.
  • UltiPro is very intuitive which makes even the least technical person comfortable with using it.
  • UltiPro is a solid HCM tool that allows companies to leverage the technology in driving business decisions.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to make change/termination reasons and drop-down values active or inactive and display placed on that status.
  • I would like to see more pages that are platform configurable.
  • I would like the capability to import to the business rules tables.
  • Time savings
We are achieving this goal through implementing Manager Self Service.
The reporting tools run fairly quickly. However, I would like to see the pages load faster.
I generally receive great support. However, I would like to be connected to more advanced support quickly. There should be levels of support depending on the level of the user/company. Being a highly technical user, I don't want to waste time with Tier 1 or 2.
I worked with Emy who helped to develop a custom import for our 401k vendor. She was very thorough and took the time to work through testing. I always felt as if I was top priority knowing as she would always respond quickly.
UltiPro is well suited for any company looking for an easy to use yet robust tool.
