Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It is used for benefits, HR, and payroll. It is used across Canada and the U.S. It helps us meet our payroll, HR, and benefit goals. We have used most of the available products such as integrated files and onboarding and are hopeful for benefits prime soon.
  • The chat feature.
  • All-in-one software.
  • User-friendly, and makes it easier to train and use for employees.
  • Better customer service via cases.
  • Better tax department.
  • More communication with account managers.
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
It is pretty good. We experience some weird report things sometimes or odd behaviors by the system but I can generally figure these issues out based on prior experiences.
Any experience we have with Nicole, our account manager, is great. She really understands and listens to us.
I believe I would recommend UltiPro because apart from some tough customer service situations the product is great and will always improve. It was less appropriate for us when they had tax issues and we faced some penalties.
