Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends MSP

Unitrends is a backup solution that is agile in providing continuous backups. its customer service is amazing and it has all the essential features to improve a customer’s experience of disaster recovery and backups. Its cost is quite high and its reporting feature is not so appealing to us.

  • Unitrends backup feature is so good and works efficiently.
  • Its UI is simplistic, appealing and without any ambiguity.
  • It has multiple features like Encryption, backup scheduling and compression.
  • Its integration needs more improvement for better work.
  • Its reports should be made better and elaborative.
  • Customer service is on the go to help and is top-notch.
  • We found it as profoundly reliable software as compare to other alternatives.
  • It has some bugs that need urgent fixation.
There is no such comparison between Zerto and Unitrends MSP as the features and ease Unitrends has given us are wondrous. We can now manage our backups and can get continuous backups. Zerto lacked many such features that we needed, most above all Zerto was quite complex compared to Unitrends.

For everyone stressing themselves for the best backup solution, I would recommend them all to go for Unitrends MSP as it works in the desired way and has many useful features like Encryption, incremental backups and backup logs and scheduling. It also provides backup management which is a very significant feature.
