Overall Satisfaction with UpKeep Maintenance Management

It is used to run the maintenance of our medical devices. Upkeep is being used just for our department at this time, however, our whole organization uses it to put in requests to our department. This has helped unify requests and streamline our communication with other departments and equipment information.

Pros

  • Clean user interface. Faster training time for new employees.
  • Great asset tracking.
  • Easy and fast PM creation.

Cons

  • SSO setup could be improved.
  • Report creation in not very intuitive and takes time to learn.
  • File size upload limits are small when it comes to uploading manuals.
  • Speed of response to work orders.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Less down time of assets.
Upkeep is a faster cleaner system than a Maintenance Connection with a great mobile option for my technicians. The user interface for reports and PM creation is fast and easy. It has more functionality than eMaint and works very well for all the things we needed a CMMS to do in our line of work.
I cannot say enough great things about their customer service. From the start of the purchase, Upkeep was extremely helpful and informative. They have been ongoingly keeping us informed and available to answer any of our questions as they arise. They ongoing learning portal is also helpful when new features and changes happen with the interface.

Even though Upkeep is not specifically designed for healthcare or bio-med technician's work, it has been a great addition to our workflow and productivity. The customer service was way beyond expectation. They walked us through every step of the process and really cared that their product was working for us.
