My organization of 80+ user researchers leverages UserTesting to conduct unmoderated and moderated research studies that support product development. We mostly recruit participants from their panel into our studies but also use the platform to run longitudinal studies with our customers.

We run over 3,000 sessions per year with UserTesting to understand whether our products are usable? Are the user experiences moving in the right direction? Which features will increase user satisfaction? What interactions are causing task failure? How does an experience make someone feel? How long do some of their key tasks take? Which factors encourage or prevent purchases and adoption? How do design alternatives
compare?

If we don’t establish UX milestones and track quality, our users can suffer. And In an enterprise company, customer insights can come from sales, product managers, services, support, etc. When we are able to increase the velocity of customer insights throughout the development lifecycle, we build leverage and influence. When we can launch tests and get insights fast at a feature or task level, it frees critical research capacity up to focus on product, cross product and platform work.
We like UserTesting's larger panel which helps us execute studies more quickly. We've also used it before we brought in tools for session replay and expanded QA teams to constantly test and monitor beta and GA releases to track stability. It's also great for running brand blind true intent studies.
It's a great platform for collecting passive and active insights. You can operationalize research lifecycle from participant administration through session administration and insight management.
