Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to backup all of our mailboxes which allows us to quickly recover mass deleted emails or folders. It also prevents issues with users who still have access to their accounts after being terminated. We also backup important Sharepoint and OneDrive folders which gives us get disaster recovery!

Had a few instances of users accidently deleting a folder and not noticing for awhile. Also have some OneDrive locations that are integral to the company but are ultimately tied to an employee. This backup solution allows us to have better control of data through employee changes.
We have definitely benefited by both restoring misplaced data or maliciously deleted files. Its also a great solution for making legal hold backups of accounts without holding up expensive Office licenses.
We have restored both straight to location in the case of someone accidentally deleting something, and as a pst export in the case where an employee is terminated and we make a backup of their account for long term storage.
Restoring email directly to an account. This streamlines the recovery process for a quick turnaround.
Exporting a mailbox to a pst file. This allows us to make long term copies of accounts.
Just as easy to use as every other product.
