Good product with a few minor downsides

We're using this product for a few executives in order to backup and (hopefully never) restore their data. So far, we haven't had to use the restoration features, although we have tested them.

Depending on our future successes and budget, we may roll this out more broadly.

We've been looking at this product since version 2 (we're currently on version 4). The product has certainly matured and gotten better - adding features along the way.

We have absolutely benefitted from this. Thankfully, we haven't had the necessity to actually perform a real world production restore, however, all of our testing has indicated that it will work perfectly fine.

We also like the built in search capabilities of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365.

The encryption at rest feature is an absolute necessity for us too.

We have not used this feature of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 while in production. Our extensive testing clearly indicates that it will work when we need to use it.

We love the ability to restore to the numerous different locations including pst, zip, or back to the original location (typically a mailbox).

For us the restore process was very, very easy to use. In particular, because you can search the backed up versions of the mailbox for specific emails, and the export to .pst option is very nice.
