We are using Vena for budgeting, planning, and reporting across the whole organization.
  • Drill to transaction.
  • Auditability.
  • Workflow and task monitoring.
  • Less work on templates saves time for more analysis.

  • It's allowing for more time for analysis by reducing the time used the prepare the reports.
Vena's implementation team was very knowledgeable and helpful. after implementation, we got coaching hours for new projects
we can publish more customized reports that assist the stakeholders in their decisions. Also, the delivery of the information became faster.
Perfect workflow and company culture.
Vena Solutions is a friendly budgeting solution for less change resistance since it's backed up with Excel that is in everyone's skill set.

Support team is very responsive.
it's a very flexible application however, you might need a BI analyst in your team if you will have a lot of customizations

I think if the decision is mine I would have chosen Vena again but maybe implement the Financial closing process first before the budgeting process.
