Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use Vidyard to go over monthly digital analytics for our online branding and advertising clients. It helps not only reduce the effort of writing everything but allows our clients to take their time and absorb the information at their leisure. Showing a screen recording helps them understand the data and visualization and the personal touch of my image helps them feel connected.

  • As a creative agency, we're Mac native. It'd be great to see an extension for Safari.

It was super easy to integrate into our plan and daily routines. A simple plugin extension for Chrome browsers makes it super simple for everyone to use on their laptops locally and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, this tool was perfect for everyone to grasp and utilize while working from home.
We have not looked at, researched, or utilized any other product like Vidyard.
I would encourage Vidyard use for demos, descriptions, corrections, callouts, and explanations for any industry or sector that my colleagues may need to convey information to their clients, partners, or vendors. It's a great personal tool that also offers a level of professionalism that really impresses all who see the end result.
