Overall Satisfaction with Visier
We use Visier to monitor how efficient colleagues can be at assigned inputs, outputs, and projects, without altering their performance. Only the heads of each department use Visier since they are the ones who need to know how they develop within the organization and know if the results are the best. In addition, we also use it to acquire new personnel, and that may be the best and most convenient use for us. Overall, Visier is excellent at gathering information and tracking needs and improving them with great determination and discipline for every colleague in the company.
Pros
- Fast and suitable interface to perfect the hiring of new personnel.
- Data exchange in real time with the different departments of the company.
- It improves the effectiveness of each employee in the organization because the analyzes are precise and very detailed.
Cons
- There aren't a lot of things I don't like about Visier, but I wish they could be more customizable at checkout.
- Recruitment issues improved with analysis of the data Visier records, each employee's evolutionary capabilities increased dramatically from the time Visier joined the organization. In addition, few people in the company use this software, so the handling and flow of data are highly controlled.
