Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Inspite of being in the IT market for more than 20 years; none of the other products in competition with Webex were able to compete with Webex. We' re now really using the best product for our needs, less effort but most positive results are our biggest income that came with usage of Webex.
  • Easy to use.
  • Most user friendly.
  • Most compatible with our infrastructure.
  • Higher video resolutions needed for notebook cameras.
  • Screen sharing must have an "only items to be displayed from presenter's screen."
  • Mobile app must have more features that are already placed on desktop app.
  • Less time needed for setting up and having meetings.
  • Ease of use with collaboration features of Webex.
  • Return of investment ratio is the best in the market.
Webex was the last and latest software that was tested and implemented by our technical teams. Our internal scorecard calculations showed us that Webex was having the Highway price/performance points. And also all parties of Webex meetings (internal company employees and customers) have the best user-friendly GUI they ever saw.
Webex is the finest application that I use. And also Webex is having the highest score in my mind regarding the comparison of overall post-sales efforts of any other competitor and/or rival brand in the market. Having feedback and finding help from support teams of Webex was quite easy and did not take much time.

I gave this rating because Webex is an excellent tool which gave me back the feeling of having a good product with the best support and using the easiness that I'd like to have for several years as I did have in the past. As a result of using Webex, time consumed in front of the screen had been useful, not useless as had before with competing stuff.
Webex applications both for desktop systems and mobile systems are mostly suitable for easy to use, less user training needs and for use of lower bandwidths. But also Webex applications are not good enough to share contents coming from engineering applications such as CAD / CAM software solutions (AutoCAD and etc) .
