Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is the second communication tool of the company. When it is updated it takes a long time to open for the first time. It is the tool we use with clients, but at the organizational level, we use Microsoft Teams' whiteboard. Webex can be used to record the meeting.
- If you do not have internet access, you can add a phone without internet connection calling from the national number.
- Screen share does it ideally.
- The user interface is intuitive.
- When the user has a bad internet connection it is difficult to load the application.
- It has been positive because some calls with some clients have started new projects.
in my case, Webex App is associated with business, the other tools that I use are more for family-like hangouts like Skype. Zoom and GoToMeeting to take a class, and Teams only for follow-up calls. Webex App is a more professional, robust tool.
