Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Based on my experience, Webex App is the most complete and powerful enterprise collaboration solution: messaging, meeting, telephony under one platform. Webex App is great for communicating both internally and with customers and suppliers. Thanks, Webex platform we can create the perfect environment for hybrid working

Pros

  • Secure meetings
  • Video and audio quality
  • Large number of people can join the meeting
  • Ability to interface with a large ecosystem of business applications (including Microsoft O365 productivity suite)
  • Updates are continuous and new features are released monthly
  • You can connect Webex App to a Webex device and share content locally, make calls, start meetings, join meetings, or answer calls

Cons

  • I don't see any cons
  • Productivity increase from reduced time starting meetings
  • Travel cost savings.
  • Productivity increase due to reduced travel time between meetings
Webex App is superior in audio and video quality. The features offered by Webex App are better especially when used in pairs with physical video endpoints
Webex Control Hub (the central dashboard for all Webex services and collaboration devices) provides an excellent troubleshooting tool. Furthermore, online help is super, TAC helpful.

Webex App is highly inclusive and continuing to incorporate innovation at an extremely rapid pace. The application is very intuitive and easy to use.
The Webex App is great for organizations that want to improve their workstreams and stay connected with a full suite of team collaboration features for calling, messaging, meetings, and integration.
