Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use the Cisco Webex in our monitoring tool for the Cloud and On-Premise solutions at IR and I use the Cisco Webex application for customer calls. When using this product as a customer it is intuitive and works well I just don't use it for more than a couple of hours so I don't have the greatest viewpoint on this. When using this product as an software engineer I wished that the API would be more open and provide us with more visibility into the underlying systems to provide more detail for our end customers and users
