Webex support is available via email, chat, phone, all day long.
Usually responsive and proactive when troubleshooting. Sometimes it took too long to get a resolution. Shoul be easier to engage the relevante support team and faster resolutions should be provided, especially when to customers or partners are contacting the support desk
