Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We are using the Webex App on a daily basis. We use it as our primary means of communication in the company. We utilize this by creating spaces for any high priority Incidents that require immediate attention. One of the cool features of the Webex App is the Meet button on these spaces which allows to instantly create a meeting bridge with the people included in the space. I also like the idea that Webex Calling is integrated into this app if we need to call customers.
- Notifications features such as quiet hours, DND, etc.
- Bot integration
- File sharing
- The PIN message function is getting deleted after some time. I would prefer it to retain all PIN messages.
- Option to add multiple quiet hours. This will allow me to set quiet hours for the whole weekend and not just the time range similar to weekdays.
- Paste cells on messages. When I paste, for example, a 3x3 cell from a spreadsheet, the columns and rows are removed.
- More productivity
- Presence status with your teammates
Didn't necessarily choose Webex App over MS Teams, but due to my previous company and current. Teams and Webex App are almost the same in terms of functionality. One thing that I liked from Teams over Webex App is the quick File button at the side panel to view your recent files. This will allow you to easily access recently opened files and update what you are working on. However, it has better filtering of messages, which allows you to filter for spaces or direct messages, which Teams doesn't have.

No, I don't think it is needed since the current support we are getting is enough and efficient.
Yes - Yes, it was resolved quickly after one or two days of patch release.
Yes, when we had an issue with Webex App's pin messages not working, I was advised by the support agent that they identified a bug and were working on it. It didn't take long after the next patch update was released.
