Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
I have implemented it in about 12 organizations. Even though it has come a long way in the last 3 years, I still hope it continues to mature and grow with a more rich overall experience.
- Flexibility to answer calls anywhere.
- Great collaboration experience with voice/video/IMing/meetings.
- Ease of management.
- Multiple locations for 1 user.
- Changing of locations for a user who moves.
- Single inbox.
- Better call park.
- Local FXO analog gateway.
It meets most of my clients' needs with end to end encryption.
I think it is a better overall experience then other solutions like MS Teams, Ring Central, etc.
