Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
For making phone calls: internal and external.
- Integration with Computer (can ring on speakers even when headphones are plugged in.
- Ability to select Noise cancellation preference.
- Integrated directory with company directory.
- Can't easily add a Webex Calling contact to an ongoing conversation.
- Some lag when connecting calls after accepting the call.
- Challenging handling two calls at once.
- Increased communication and collaboration capabilities
Cisco Webex
Host settings and participant management are pretty good. Does not allow kicking people, but it might be a company-wide configuration.
