Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

For making phone calls: internal and external.
  • Integration with Computer (can ring on speakers even when headphones are plugged in.
  • Ability to select Noise cancellation preference.
  • Integrated directory with company directory.
  • Can't easily add a Webex Calling contact to an ongoing conversation.
  • Some lag when connecting calls after accepting the call.
  • Challenging handling two calls at once.
  • Increased communication and collaboration capabilities
Host settings and participant management are pretty good. Does not allow kicking people, but it might be a company-wide configuration.
Webex Calling appears more bulky for quick conversations (compared to something like Slack),but Webex's enterprise-level solution does perform better (less lag when on calls, etc.)

A pretty well-rounded product. With the integrated directory, you can quickly look up can call people without knowing their actual number.
