Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We are all distributed across the US and other countries and need to collaborate daily. Webex Meetings provides an easy way to communicate and collaborate with groups or individuals. It also provides a good toolset for screen/app sharing, notation, and meeting recording. The interface is intuitive and allows users to access via the app or URL on any device type.

  • Easy options for audio and video
  • connectivity - even in high-bandwidth environments it sometimes freezes or lags
  • capturing chat notes for after a meeting is not as intuitive as it could be
  • Meeting in person is nearly impossible now, so this tool is invaluable
  • Meeting via Webex Meetings versus traveling to meet in-person saves thousands of dollars
  • Super easy to initiate ad-hoc video calls
company-wide use. adopted across all departments, across all divisions, all user types whether on-site or remote, onshore or offshore.

Webex Meetings meets or exceeds all other tools I've used in the past, both for call quality and tools/options. Some other tools have security issues, or lower tools and option sets, or are more difficult to navigate and use. Webex Meetings has it all and gets it done with ease.

Webex Meetings is well suited for both individual and group meetings. With almost everyone working remote these days, a tool such as Webex Meetings is critical. For those people with lower bandwidth environments, this may not be as useful unless video quality is lowered or turned off, as lags sometimes occur. Otherwise, good for everyone.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Have never had an issue getting access to Webex Meetings, nor had it terminated abruptly.
Pages seem to load quickly and completely, but I have not used the reporting options very much. The few times I did run a report, it ran fine but they were not quite as intuitive as they could be, both for finding the right report and for choosing report options or parameters.
It is scaled across our enterprise of many tens of thousands of employees without issue. It is available and used in all the countries we have employees or customers in, and with no restrictions. There appears to not be scalability issues even with large group meetings. Large groups don't seem to impact sound or video quality negatively.
