Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I depend on Webex daily for communicating to present content, deliver proposals and collaborate in real-time with customers and colleagues. Innovations such as virtual backgrounds, Babble Labs noise removal, and moderated mute have increased the focus of meetings and made them more productive. I appreciate that I can join meetings from a room system, desktop, mobile device, a standards-based system, or even a plain old phone. These options allow me to rely on Webex as my virtual meeting room and office anytime, anywhere.

- Provides innovative features
- Scheduling and administrative interfaces could use a facelift (for events and training)
- Occasionally participants have difficulty connecting to audio
- Chat could give better visual indicators
- Shared files and whiteboards need to be visible to Room systems
- Webex has let me conduct meaningful business in an increasingly virtual world.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and GoToMeeting
They have performed well, but I don't feel they have the maturity of Webex. Webex offers a richer feature-set and a more robust suite of collaboration tools.
