Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

->Webex is used across the organization for conducting conferences, day-to-day meetings, weekly meetings, and customer meetings.
->It's also extensively used to conduct training sessions for the team members where multiple participants can participate
->We use Webex to record training sessions and also the ability to screen share the content is a great benefit for live demos or training.
  • Conference Calls.
  • Screen Sharing.
  • Meeting Recorder.
  • Chat Options.
  • Desktop version is pretty slow.
  • Often Desktop version updates automatically during startup and it takes time to update, this is a major problem when we have a meeting to join at that time.
  • Notification sound whenever some joins or leaves should be avoided.
  • Webex been productive to engage with customers.
  • Helped a lot to conduct training's.
  • As chat options are not great along with this we need a collaborative tool.
->In Webex, we have an option to join the calls with dial-in numbers across the globe. This has helped us a lot to us. Some of the employees didn't have good network connectivity with the help of a dial-in number they can join the call over the mobile phone and not worry about getting lost because of n/w issues.
->Mobile versions of Webex were also a great help.

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

->I often experienced this issue in the desktop version, updates happen automatically. For instance, I was about to join a meeting and when I launched Webex it has started an update it took around 10 minutes to complete the update. So updates need to be notified prior and the user should have the option to decline or update later.
->Sometimes very rarely unknown errors occur in the web version but very rare.
->I believe all organization pays Webex based on the number of users in case the cloud version is used or if the enterprise version is used it's very much flexible for multiple departments and users can be added if required or can be added whenever new employees join.
->Also it supports multiple operating systems.
->Sometimes it's slow might be due to system issues as well.
->On the integration side, it integrates with Outlook and System calendar so taking meetings to become easier.
->As an organization, you need a conference tool to let your employees communicate with each other and attend calls so Webex is a leader in this platform.
->Webex offers Andriod/IOS mobile applications which is a great boon as you can join the meetings on the go so it's well suited if the employees are often traveling.
-> Webex is less appropriate if we want to use that as a collaborative tool because it doesn't have such a great chat option.
