Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The whole company uses it for processing their personal expenses. It reduces the amount of administration required and also the number of hard copy receipts we have to keep.
  • It's very user friendly.
  • Employers find it easier to code their expenditure than with a manual system.
  • It's easy to keep an eye on any outstanding expenses.
  • The online support isn't always the easiest to follow.
  • Amendments could be easier to implement.
  • It has saved time in the administration and processing.

It's easy to use.
The Support team is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We now use Webexpenses for both expenses management and invoice processing. After a few initial teething problems, both have contributed to time-saving and gives us more timely accurate accounts.

Initially, we scanned the market and evaluated Webexpenses which met all our requirements, so we didn't feel it was necessary to look any further
