Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is currently used the main portal to cover travel expenses and other work related expenses by all our construction professionals that work in our construction sites and yards across the country.
It addresses the admin costs of having someone going trough all the receipts and travel tickets to ensure all information is accurate. It also calculates mileage automatically.
  • Simple.
  • Clean UI.
  • Mobile app.
  • Issues when changing the routes in the mileage calculator.
  • If you use a stored receipt it goes away.
  • More options should be added to the expenses category.
It is fairly easy to use.
I currently use both the desktop version and the mobile app and in both cases is pretty straightforward.
You create a folder for the month, you add your claims and receipts and click claim at the end of the month. It's that easy!
I never had to use the customer support which speaks for itself when I am using this platform for 2 years.
I currently do it on a weekly basis which saves me the time and space on backpack since I don't have to save the receipts for all my expenses.
I am only a regular user. Webexpenses had been implemented before I joined my company. In terms of my requirements, it matches everything I need but it would be good to have an "other" expense category so we can add expenses that don't fit any of the existing expenses category.
I've never used any similar products.

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

Yes

Webexpenses would be more suited for companies that don't have internal procedures in terms of employee expenses.
It is simple to use (at least from a user perspective, I am not familiar with the admin side of things) and is easy to implement.
I don't think it would be recommended for companies that manage their own car fleet.
