Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

A great tool for its purpose of managing expenses, swift, easy, and user friendly. We utilize it to manage our internal expense policy and it does this very well. The software is easy, simple, and effective at achieving its purpose as well as useful at storing receipts and calculating mileage.

  • Expense submission and approval.
  • Invoice and receipt database.
  • None really.
  • Positive on its efficiencies.
The software is easy to use and user-friendly for anyone to pick up and crack on with the work at hand. It doesn’t overcomplicate the job and saves time with its auto-calculation systems.
Software is so easy to pick up and use with obvious functions and guidance that I haven’t had to use the support line.
Yes, it’s been merged with our expense policy to create a management approval system along with storage for receipts and expenses.
It’s a slick, quick, and easy function to collate expenses via a management approval workflow as well as storing receipts for future accounts.

This type of software is perfectly suited to large companies for managing and organizing expense policies, setting up an internal approval process as well as storing receipts. It might be overkill for one-man band companies.
