Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the whole organisation. It negates the need for a lengthy expenses procedure with paper copies, which can be time consuming as well as impact on expenses being paid on time. Webexpenses is quick and easy to use, with reminders, and prompts ensuring you never miss a deadline.
  • Prompts when the end of the month is coming and you still have an open claim, ensuring a deadline isn't missed.
  • Photo's of receipts that can be added in real time ensuring that you don't have a lengthy procedure to complete at the end of the month.
  • All expenses can be added in one place rather than having to file separate paperwork for each area for example, mileage, stationary, etc.
  • Picture carousel for receipts means more than 1 receipt can be added negating the need to add multiple entries.
  • Ability to use over multiple platforms i.e. phone, tablet and laptop.
  • The technology is time saving ensuring freeing staff up to concentrate on their day to day roles.
The interface is easy to navigate, able to use over multiple platforms which will ensure compliance, it's also quick to use with no repetitive steps.
Claims submission is extremely easy and saves time dramatically from the paper based version I used at a previous company. Also ensuring that an email is sent to the user when a submission has been approved saves time chasing.

Webexpenses is suitable for all areas, field based sales staff can add expenses on the go while in the field across multiple platforms. Equally office based staff are able to add, authorise expenses easily across all platforms. Prompts are particularly good for busy staff who are juggling both office based and field based roles. The system is easy to use and navigate ensuring that it's user friendly, even for staff that aren't tech savvy...like me.
