Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used to securely store all credit card transactions. Bringing them into 1 place to benefits the finance team. Allows the users to save invoices as they go rather than gathering these all together at the end of each month. Easily allows managers to pass or query if necessary any expenditure.

Great product with a lot of functionality. Would be a great benefit to any business. Very user friendly to use for end user and customisable for head of finance teams to make dealing with end transactions. Many features make for a great user experience. All our users would recommend this as something that's increasing efficiency across the board.
Gathering invoices together and uploading at time of purchase so they are ready to submit at end of month rather than looking for these all together.
Approving expenses has been streamlined allowing users to put in all the details to justify the expense. Ability to add or remove if vat is appliable is great also.
Accountability, assigning costs to categories and showing what these are assigned to in terms of budget. Ease of having all invoices in 1 central place and easily uploaded from staff on the road via mobile phone. Quickly allows costs to be passed by line managers.

Its a fantastic product covering all areas of credit card expenditure and streamlining internal processes to allow employees to be more efficient in the dealing of credit card transactions. With all invoices stored on the system its easy for accounts to go back and get copies if required for any other business purpose.
