Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I use the product primarily for documentation but there are also great ways to track productivity. I can easily send notes to the doctors and communicate easily with my billers and schedulers. I also use the billing software that integrates with the product and that has reduced the number of steps I have to take to get my claims paid.
- I can find patient charts very easily.
- I can leave notes for my billing department and receive notes from them wherever they work from.
- Pt program makes sure my documents are complete before I can finalize the notes.
- If I lose my internet connection I am stuck without the ability to document.
- I have been able able to monitor my numbers easily and compare weeks, months, and years.
Having all of the documentation in one place has been helpful when we receive a request for records. Patient attendance, payments, and scanned docs can be accessed very easily.
Again, being able to produce all of the patient's records quickly and easily has been extremely helpful.
I preferred the ease of use and learning curve of WebPT. As I have become more familiar with the program I have found that there is much more to explore in terms of analytics.
