WEBPT ESSENTIALLY RUNS THE WHOLE OFFICE - FROM SCHEDULING AND ENTERING PATIENT INFO; TO DOCUMENTATION, HEP, BILLING, AND EVEN SOME MARKETING/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.
Pros
- EASE OF SCHEDULING AND PATIENT REMINDERS.
- DOCUMENTATION IS USER-FRIENDLY.
- SENDS DIRECTLY TO BILLING AND HELPS COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE RULES.
Cons
- I wish the patient reminders didn't cost as much to send, and it would be great to be able to send text messages for any other reason.
- WebPT adds on extras that always seem to cost more - overall, it is kind of expensive.
- I always wish the documentation was quicker - but I'm not sure what else that would take.
- Improved compliance.
- Ability to track statistics.
- Follow up with patients.
The challenge for a long time was to find a user-friendly EMR that worked and was reliable - WebPT was the best solution; we tried several others.
The patient experience? No - that is about people - not technology.
