Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

Notes and billing we don’t really have business problems and our cases are physical therapy
  • Answers questions over the phone well
  • Moves from Webb PT to Therabill easily
  • Does not work well on my cell phone
  • At times as a very long waiting time to get somebody on the phone
  • When I fax over a note to the doctors office, there is a box that I can put in that we can take more patience sometimes they see this and send me a patient
  • Also, the fax box allows me to explain what we do in this office
It help me organize at the end of the year when patients want to know how many visits they were seen for so they can submit their co-pays to their insurance companies or Texas
No, not at this time I do not pay for anything extra I guess just the basics
I do not have an answer for this. I did it about three years ago and I can’t remember what other products I rated it against.

What PT is easy to use in my car with my iPad. However, when I try to use my cell phone, it’s hard to sign in because the whole page does not fit on the cell phone.
