Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
As a former patient representative in the physical therapy department, I enjoyed the ease of use when entering patients and creating patient encounters. Working with the therapists, I was able to navigate areas of the system that impacted the bottom line. I also liked the ability to fax from within the system itself.
Pros
- place of service designation
- keeps track of the encounter numbers
- alerts us when the patients are approaching their cap
Cons
- scheduler does not allow POS
- report numbers are hard to understand without much direction
- outcomes sometimes do not attach
- alerts to end of treatment days
- keeps track of providers and their contact info
- more than 1 person can be in a patient chart at a time
