Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
As a former patient representative in the physical therapy department, I enjoyed the ease of use when entering patients and creating patient encounters. Working with the therapists, I was able to navigate areas of the system that impacted the bottom line. I also liked the ability to fax from within the system itself.

it walked me through the steps to register a patient and then enter the authorization info in order to give direction on how many visits a patient was entitled to
it allows us to keep track of patients progress, or lack there of. I liked using the outcome measures to see what a patient may need as far as treatment of care is concerned
