Overall Satisfaction with Workato

Workato was implemented by our business to connect our online Quickbooks account and our online CRM database.
It is a great tool, if you are experienced with writing and building recipes. It can be confusing when trying to get it started.
I recommend paying Workato to build the recipes for you as it can be quite timely.
Once it is in play, it is a great tool to use.

Pros

  • Saves time by syncing data within two programs.
  • Easy to start and stop a recipe as needed

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a sync program which is user friendly.
  • Descriptions on how to use, and help sections would be great
  • Understanding of how the recipes are written can take some time
  • ROI has yet to be determined, however it has saved our company labor hours
Workato was highly recommended by other software companies we work with. We have looked at other software companies, and read negative reviews on the customer service. So far, Workato has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied customers.
It is a great tool, just be prepared for trial and error within the recipes until you get what works for you. Each and every scenarios are different. They have premade recipes, but if you are looking for a reverse sync it will take time.
