Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is being used across the whole organization at different levels, depending on the department. Workfront provides different levels of uses depending on the department and/or individual. It is able to address many of our needs across project management, time-keeping and reporting. This is applicable both internally within the organization and to provide information to our clients.
  • Customizable depending on needs of the organization.
  • Able to manage expansive data.
  • There are always upgrades, which actually create a lot of more issues that what originally existed.
  • There have been known issues for years that Workfront has yet to address.
  • Multiple upgrades done at least once a week, which may create disruptions with using the product when needed.
  • Account managers are always changing.
  • Client satisfaction to be able to provide details
  • Extra time to reconcile hours because of known Workfront issues
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP,Microsoft Dynamics SL
Workfront provides more in-depth analysis for project management as it relates to project planning, task management and resourcing.
The organization selecting Workfront needs to consider multiple factors. There needs to be at least one dedicated individual to learn the many ins and outs of the product to be able to train the other members of the team. They should have a list of requirements for their needs - specifically project management and reporting.
