Workfront is being used across the whole organization at different levels, depending on the department. Workfront provides different levels of uses depending on the department and/or individual. It is able to address many of our needs across project management, time-keeping and reporting. This is applicable both internally within the organization and to provide information to our clients.
- Customizable depending on needs of the organization.
- Able to manage expansive data.
- There are always upgrades, which actually create a lot of more issues that what originally existed.
- There have been known issues for years that Workfront has yet to address.
- Multiple upgrades done at least once a week, which may create disruptions with using the product when needed.
- Account managers are always changing.
- Client satisfaction to be able to provide details
- Extra time to reconcile hours because of known Workfront issues

Workfront provides more in-depth analysis for project management as it relates to project planning, task management and resourcing.
