Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Our company is spread out at multiple work sites, and Workvivo provides us with a platform to network with our other teammates, which also allows us to see what they're doing at their sites. They may have something we can all learn from. Workvivo also allows us to recognize our employees in front of a broader audience, so instead of just a handful of teammates hearing of how great of a job someone is doing, we can share it with the entire company on all levels, from top management down to the field crews.
- My Spaces helps me keep my posts and content viewing relevant to what I want to see at the time
- Our HR and IT department are able to pin important messages at the tome of my feed
- Workvivo's professional website appearance gives a sense of pride in representing how clean and organized our company flows
- I am able to view my specific department as a team within the team
- Company announcements and featured content is readily visible
- There is a shortcut for all of our company apps and links
- Perhaps offering learning or development videos would be a good feature
- Could use a better explanation on Workvivo badges and how to earn them
- The ability for our IT and HR departments to pin posts in our feed
- Clean presentation of the information posted
- I feel that Workvivo helps us stay connected with each other and helps us motivate and inspire one another.

LinkedIn Learning, paid for by the company, gives us the opportunity for development specific to our areas of interest. This is why I spend more time on LinkedIn. Workvivo is only limited to those in our company, but it would be great if we could somehow access other public posts from other companies on their Workvivo pages so we can see what others are doing and be inspired.
