Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used by all of our office personel, sales, operations, IT, and owners to manage all of our daily tasks and project level tasks.

Pros

  • Inter-department collaboration.
  • Keeping projects on task and driving action items.
  • Accountability between managers and employees
  • Document collaboration and versioning. Much easier than emailing MS office documents between many people and trying to keep track of what changes were made.

Cons

  • We'd like to see integration with Microsoft OneDrive or a way to centrally manage documents that have been uploaded.
  • They are starting to push a "premium" subscription that does not have very much additional functionality, yet the price is very high.
  • Ability to convert meetings from places to "talk" about things, to actual create action items in real time has been priceless.
  • Visibility to what is happening from a management/owners standpoint has been incredibly useful.
We use Wrike in IT for projects only. For any normal IT help desk type "tickets", we use a traditional help desk software that ties to our actual IT users and assets.
