Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We have implemented Wrike as our company-wide solution for task management, project management, and time tracking. I can honestly say that Wrike has been invaluable to us, it's been a huge transformation from the last software packages we've used and we are probably more organized today than we have been in the entire 13 years we've been running this agency. Wrike has been a big part of that transformation.
  • Task management.
  • Free-form project management.
  • Workload management.
  • Reporting, fairly inflexible especially in how meta data is used.
  • Time tracking is limited and a little frustrating to enter when you're not using the upgrade for resource mgt.
  • Zapier integration could be stronger.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Increased visibility.
  • Improved reporting.
We had used Basecamp and Trello before, but we couldn't make them stick in the organization. Basecamp especially was a fail because a big selling point was that our clients would use it too and it proved impossible getting them off their email to adopt it. With Trello, I think it was a usability/visualization problem where we could never get our work to appear in a way that made sense to our employees.
We've had good and bad interactions with Wrike support people. We've definitely had situations where people at Wrike have given us incomplete or incorrect answers to questions but their folks have also bailed us out on a number of occasions. It's definitely a comfort knowing that it's relatively easy to get someone on the phone to help.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

It would be less effective if your project management was very "ticket" based, but if most of the efforts you manage are more free-form and tailored specifically to the situation as opposed to everything having the exact same process. Wrike is probably worth looking at, very flexible in those types of situations which is why we went with it.
