We use Wrike to manage multiple annual processes. It enables us to communicate across departments and with our student assistants to get work completed in a timely manner. We can send communications as needed and provide updates on various projects' status throughout the year.

It enables our office with an all-remote staff to check status updates on projects, build communication plans, track time management, and plan resources. I would like to see easier reporting capabilities across multiple projects/departments and better calendar changes/updates for projects copied year over year.
