Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Using Wrike was more so for a trial run to see which Project Management software we wanted to go with. We already use Jira/Atlassian for so many workflows so wanted to try something that was outside of the initial suite. Because we are trying to scale our team and entire organization, Project Management tools will be essential in that growth. Wrike did have an upper hand in a lot of areas vs JSM
- Delegate, assign, AND keep track of the progress in one workflow
- EASY ability to collab and communicate inter team and cross functional
- I can create my own templates. Game. Changer
- Reporting is definitely a weak area
- Onboarding isnt the easiest. Once you get it, it’s great but there is a giant learning curve
- Inability to get granular with specific metrics
- Positive: 100% ROI when it comes to delegating and monitoring progression of tasks
- Negative: 40% likely to not use again because of how robust it is and onboarding is almost too much info
The aspect of collaboration and delegating/monitoring progression is what is a one up against other project management softwares in the same space. Others also have similar functionalities but not quite as well as Wrike in my honest opinion. Overall, this is the main function I used during my trial
