Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
It’s primarily a project management tool with feedback loops built in to help the sales and marketing department keep track of progress and approvals on all projects. It is used across the company. The business problems it helps is the sheer amount of customer and stakeholder communication and their frequency mixed with the needs of each requires constant engagement. Monitoring of progress from marketing initiative contributors is unruly without it. And approvals from management was impossible to verify at the various stages without it.
- Identifying progress across teams on projects
- Keeping updates quick and clear
- Communication of processes for standard operating procedures
- It is a multi-step process to see to-do list
- Hard to identify key initiatives from lower priorities at a glance
- Filtering projects is unclear
- Searching initiatives requires too much specific knowledge of what you’re looking for
- Projects are done in a timely manner
- It’s versatile nature allows it to be used for several different types of projects
- Trello and Jira Software
Wrike is more flexible and better built for non-software related projects
