Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is used throughout our sales department to measure our progress within quarters and throughout the year vs targets/quotas. Xactly Incent gives us more clarity and transparency in our progress throughout the quarters and years to hit our targets and payouts (quarterly, annually, bonuses and other incentives). Access to Xactly Incent allows us to manage and adjust our day to day to align with the Purolator's targets.

- Target accuracy and the level of detail you can dive in to
- Easier to understand incentive details - credits in and out can be confusing
- Interface and navigation could be made easier- it isn't very confusing at the moment, so this would just be a small upgrade
- Would be nice if dashboard updates in real-time

This is handled at a higher level by a different team.
This is done on a management level and passed down to us annually.
Having our Salesforce, SAP BI, and Xactly Incent intertwined with each other has made life a lot simpler and also allows our business to see live performance results at the touch of your finger. No longer do we have to ask our managers or admin support team for reports. No longer do we have to break down Excel sheets with calculations and avoid any human error. Xactly Incent can be accessed any time to view live results with accuracy.
Previously, I was calculating my quota numbers by pulling an Excel sheet and adding formulas every time.

I have been at my company for three years now and love having the Xactly Incent tool. Overall, Xactly Incent does exactly what it is intended to do. It helps communicate plan performance and also provides transparency to view up to date results so [that the] sales team can adjust and align goals throughout the year to be compensated even with complex compensation plans. It would be nice if Xactly Incent was updated in real-time. At the moment for our company, it is updated once a week (this could be an internal issue reflecting numbers from our other software that needs to be export to Xactly).
