Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We use Xactly incent for sales commission calculations. Xactly helps in reduction of time for processing of commissions and reduction in error rate Vs excel calculations which is very time consuming and can increase error rate. Xactly is an easy tool for configuring sales comp plans and very good in terms of visibility of sales commissions calculated and paid to sales rep.
- Smooth calculation of commissions within half an hour to 1 hour
- Good Incentive statement reporting
- End to end visibility from orders to commissions paid
- Easy to config sales comp plans
- While document routing there is an option of "Skip" the person records for whom we do not want to route but instead if we can have a select all option and then we can just untick the person records that we do not want to send
- It will be great if we can have a count of records shown for each month while updating lookup tables
- Positive - Automation of Commissions calculations
- Positive - Easy plan doc routing
- Positive - Good visibility to sales rep on their incentive statements
- Positive - POD messages are very useful in displaying important information
