Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
I manage our sales compensation program through Xactly Incent. It helps to calculate large amounts of compensation data across multiple sales levels and geography.
- It computes a lot of different factors to help simplify sales compensation for our sales reps
- Customer Service
- New and Interesting Product Features
- Not very intuitive in my opinion. In my experience, you have to make changes by putting very specific details, and if you miss anything it rejects it.
- Not sure about ROI, but there is a lot of value in the amount of time it has saved us
We don't use benchmarking, but analytics is helpful to give us live time information of how reps, accounts, or teams are performing.
We don't use sales planning, territory/quota or sales forecasting
Very easy for our sales teams to have one login to see how they are performing each day.
Our sales leadership teams use it to analyze and find opportunities to penetrate deeper margin in specific accounts.
I have not had the opportunity to evaluate any other sales compensation systems.
