Overall Satisfaction with Yesware
Yesware is used to create and send out email templates within the Customer Success team. These templates are great because they provide the basic details of the message but also still allow each CSM to personalize the message before sending it

I preferred using Yesware to Outreach in terms of the templates themselves because with Yesware as an end user I could still customize the messaging and make the email sound like me. With Outreach templates were locked down so end users could not change any of the messaging and I found it to sound much more robotic. I liked that Yesware lived in Gmail, whereas Outreach was its own tab/area I had to spend more time in separately
