Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

Yesware allows us to keep track of prospects and their interest level over long periods of time as we have a long sales cycle and work with multiple stakeholders. Yesware lets us know if our prospect's interests and, therefore, our deals are still alive and if the stakeholder is circulating our content and proposals throughout their organization by seeing how many are open, where, and even what time.

  • I must admit it's hard to say deals 100% happened due to Yesware, but it at least made them faster and with less effort.
  • Sales lifecycle reduction.
  • Time ROI for the sales team monthly fee is repaid in a day.
Yesware is far superior to the free or included-in CRM email trackers I have tried over the year; it is just more accurate and tracks the opens more reliably,
and can filter out your opens and opens from people in your own organization so you don't get any false positive results.
