Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

We used Zapier to integrate our point of sale system with Facebook for data tracking.
  • Integrated platforms with no code
  • Extremely overpriced compared to competitors
  • Unethical billing policies
  • It cost us way to much
  • When we cancelled 2 days after auto subscription they refused to refund
We selected Zapier because of its reputation. That was a mistake. There are many other platforms that do the same job for considerably less money.

We found it very overpriced and were easily able to achieve the same functionality and a fraction of the cost with other platforms

Zapier Support

Support did nothing to solve the issue of a refund. We cancelled our pre-paid auto billing within 2 days of noticing that it was charged. Our account was downgraded to free but we never received a refund. A few months later when we realised the refund had never come through we contact Zapier requesting the refund. This was their response:

"Your last payment was made on June 18, 2023. In this
instance, as the annual plan was purchased more than 30 days ago, we're unable
to issue that credit as a refund"

In essence, they didn't issue a refund, the hide behind the fact that 30 days has past and therefore we are suddenly no longer entitled to get our money back, even though our account is still downgraded to the free version! Completly unfair and unethical.
