Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
It allows for an in-depth and easy-to-collaborate review! It helps us make sure that folks across our different departments can easily engage and have conversations about our packaging, manuals, and quick-start guides. Our hearing protection is safety-guided, and there are a lot of details that can very easily get lost in the shuffle. Ziflow makes that a much easier approval process.

It's greatly impacted our process. People know that they'll be asked to review via this system. I wish it was easier to create a notification system that works for our management team though - the automatic notifications can overload someone's email very quickly. Unfortunately, a lot of features are also only offered at the higher price points where they're not really accessible.
People can have conversations about specific callouts and features in one place. It allows us to collect all of that usable feedback in one area and implement it. Not to mention that when we get to a stage later where these topics may come up and someone changes their mind, we can continue to easily reference that previous conversation.
