We create digital media for advertising and use Ziflow to provide proofing and approval functionality to clients. They offer corrections and additions and ultimately approve Media for printing and web.
Pros
- Client engagement
- Quick proofing ability
- Faster approval process
Cons
- Can’t replace proofs in a live upload without a new version.
- Honestly, it really functions as needed. I can’t think of any missing elements
- Clients can view high resolution proofs instead of low resolution PDFs through email.
- The zoom function allows for close view of even the smallest text or images
- Clients receive more accurate and concise files that can be directly downloaded and printed for hard copy review
