Overall Satisfaction with Zipwhip
Zipwhip allows us to receive texts using our business number and helps us communicate with clients, employees, and others. Before Zipwhip, we had no way to text with people outside our law firm. It has been incredibly helpful over the last 4 years, but unfortunately, it will no longer offer services after this year.

MyCase previously didn't have texting (it does now). When we chose Zipwhip, there was nothing out there at the time that compared to it. We selected Zipwhip because it was a low-cost and easy-to-use add-on to our tech stack that allowed us to communicate quickly with people, such as clients and others outside our firm.
