Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is currently being used by the Sales/ Marketing team.
The structure and organised data help us in better conversions.
  • Recording details of all leads & opportunities.
  • Task.
  • Dashboard of sales.
  • Conversion analysis.
  • Better reports on leads/opportunity conversions.
  • Easier MIS Reports generation from the software.
  • Better sales management.
  • Good reports.
  • Recording all leads/opportunities.
  • Better followups with clients.
This is the only CRM we have used and glad that we made this decision. I'm personally not sure that how the other CRM software available in the market are but I have not intention also to try them as I'm happy with Zoho CRM as it delivered mostly what I expect it to.
The other Zoho products are used by us only because we are using Zoho CRM. The integration and communications between these products is the reason we are using Zoho.

It is best suited for any form of business where there are a large number of leads. The hierarchy and the data organizing becomes so easy and comfortable. What earlier seemed like a nightmare suddenly becomes a cakewalk with Zoho CRM integration.

Zoho CRM Support

The support is a little poor as they are very late in replies and sometimes I feel that the support people are not competent to give support. They look more like trainees rather than experts.
